3.2 Million Danes Now Hold Private Health Insurance
Over 3.2 million people in Denmark now have private health insurance, according to industry figures.

/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /More than 3.2 million people in Denmark now carry private health insurance. This represents an increase of five percent over the past year. Over a five-year period, coverage has grown by about 30 percent.
These figures come from the industry group Forsikring & Pension. Kent Damsgaard is the director at Forsikring & Pension. He views the growing numbers positively. He explained that private insurance provides a preventive effect for policyholders.
