Mistakenly Transferred Danish Electricity Customers Being Returned to Original Suppliers
Around 1,500 electricity customers in Denmark were incorrectly moved to new suppliers during Velkommen's portfolio transfer and are now being restored.

The issue started when Velkommen transferred its customer portfolio. A firm named Energidrift moved the users using a bad list from Velkommen's restructuring trustee.
Energy grid operator Energinet says most users are now back with their true firm. The rest of the users will be moved back very soon.
Power users in Denmark can choose their own energy firm. If your power bill shows a new firm, check with your main supplier.
